congregational
fellowship
The Church Life and Fellowship Committee provides opportunities for members of
the congregation to have fellowship with one another - for the complete program

BE SURE TO PUT SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14 on your calendar. After our Fellowship
Dinner, church members will perform an original play, “What Kind of King?’
written and directed by Bob Mills. The script includes two original songs
composed by Bob, and arranged in cooperation with Musical Director Rita Hughes
and organist, Robert Winslow. This pageant will be the Christmas story told with
acting, costumes, and several surprises, in addition to standard Christmas
music.
PRAYER WARRIORS
Each Wednesday morning from 11:00 to 11:30 is a prayer time in the Chapel where
personal, national, world and church needs of our members and friends are prayed
for. This is a time to enter into conversation with God and praying warriors and
we would love to have you join us and if you can’t join us please feel free to
put prayer requests in the prayer box located in the narthex. The prayer
warriors have found a loving and caring relationship with one another and those
whom we have prayed for. Please think about joining the warriors each Wednesday

CUT-UPS The primary charity group which the Cut Ups sew for is the Ruskin
Rainbow Learning Center, a subsidiary of the Child
Abuse Council of Hillsborough County. We make and send items to various
hospitals which include preemie and newborn stocking caps. The Cut Ups also make
aprons, walker bags, wheel chair bags, adult bibs and lap robes for hospice,
local nursing homes and members upon request.
Cut-Ups meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Fellowship
Hall. We welcome anyone who would like to come and sew, knit, crochet, cut out
patterns, or just be a cheerleader. Come and join the fun!
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In
the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the
world."
